This new restaurant concept from Water Street Restaurants takes inspiration from the iconic architecture, designed by the famed Phillip Johnson, of The Art Museum of South Texas. Elizabeth’s interiors are grounded in 70s style with organic, layered texture and an earthy color palette inspired by the deep teal waters of the Corpus Christi Bay and surrounding landscape. Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails perfectly complement the interiors.
